Will Mckay


Bro. Will McKay began his ministry at FBC Monticello on September 11, 2016. He served on staff at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN for seven years, working with students (grade 7-12) for 3 years and college/singles for 4 years. Will holds a Bachelors of Science in Church Leadership and a Masters in Christian Studies, both from Union University in Jackson, TN. Will and his wife, Jennie have two young sons, Liam and Samuel.  It is one of his greatest joys as a pastor to tell people – regardless of where they live, what they do, or their circumstances – that God created them to impact the world and will resource them to do just that.

Kevin henry

pastor of family ministries

Kevin has been on staff at FBC Monticello since November of 2007. He served on staff at FBC Booneville for 8 years as their Education and Youth Minister.  Kevin holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies Language from Ouachita Baptist University, and a Masters degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He and his wife, Michele, have two children, Kayla & Jordan.   He is passionate about seeing families grow in the faith, and leading students to the saving knowledge of the gospel.

Ron paul

worship pastor

Ron Paul has been on staff at FBC Monticello since 2009.  Ron has been serving in local churches for 25+ years leading worship. Most recently he led worship at De Queen First Baptist Church.  Ron holds a Bachelors of Arts in Religious Education from Ouachita Baptist University.   Ron is passionate about leading people to worship. He and his wife, Gina, have two children, Karaline and Christian.

Steven Price

student Minister

Steven joined the FBC staff October 2015. He and his wife, Angie, have two children, Noah and Isaiah. Steven has been in the ministry since 2005. He is studying at Midwestern Baptist Seminary (online) and is expected to complete his Masters of Arts in Theological Studies in 2017.  Steven first heard the gospel when he was nine years old at a children’s camp. It was then that he repented of his sins and put his faith in Christ alone for his salvation.

Cindy Sass

Ministry coordinator

Cindy joined the FBC staff as the Receptionist and Assistant to the Worship Pastor in September 2015. She and her husband, John, have two daughters, Abby and Hope. Cindy graduated from Arkansas Tech with a bachelor of Arts Degree and was an art teacher for 17 years. When not working, she is spending time with her family, traveling, reading, being creative and finding ways to help others.

Jacey Jones

Jacey joined the FBC staff in March of 2017. She attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello and obtained a degree in Communication Studies. Jacey loves to tell stories and can hardly wait to tell FBC Monticello’s story within the church and community. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, talking about anything relating to pop culture, and spreading the good word about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Kashif Kincaid has been working at First Baptist Church for over 6 years as a network administrator. Kashif is from Wilmar, AR. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in Computer Information Systems. Kashif is responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. This position concentrates on the overall integrity of the network, server management, and security.
