Kevin henry

Kevin has been on staff at FBC Monticello since November of 2007. He served on staff at FBC Booneville for 8 years as their Education and Youth Minister.  Kevin holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies Language from Ouachita Baptist University, and a Masters degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He and his wife, Michele, have two children, Kayla & Jordan.   He is passionate about seeing families grow in the faith, and leading students to the saving knowledge of the gospel.  


Ron paul

Ron Paul has been on staff at FBC Monticello since 2009.  Ron has been serving in local churches for 25+ years leading worship. Most recently he led worship at De Queen First Baptist Church.  Ron holds a Bachelors of Arts in Religious Education from Ouachita Baptist University.   Ron is passionate about leading people to worship. He and his wife, Gina, have two children, Karaline and Christian. 


Steven Price

student Minister

Steven joined the FBC staff October 2015. He and his wife, Angie, have three children; Ralph, Noah, and Isaiah. Steven has been in the ministry since 2005. He has a master's degree in theological studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is working toward a Master of Divinity (MDiv).  Steven first heard the gospel when he was nine years old at a children’s camp. It was then that he repented of his sins and put his faith in Christ alone for his salvation. 



Director of ministry support

Brian joined the FBC staff in June of 2019. He came from working as an on-air personality for the local radio stations. He also worked for a decade in collegiate athletics administration. Brian began attending First Monticello in 2016 whilst winning the affections of his now-wife Lori, who is a long-time member of the church. 

Brian strives to lead a Colossians 3:23 life to “work heartily as for the Lord” in everything he does. He and his wife love traveling as much as they can, spending time with family and friends, and catering to the king of the household (other than Jesus), their dog Bear.


Jacey Jones

Ministry assistant

Jacey joined the FBC staff in March of 2017. She attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello and obtained a degree in Communication Studies. Jacey loves to tell stories and can hardly wait to tell FBC Monticello’s story within the church and community. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, talking about anything relating to pop culture, and spreading the good word about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!


Joan Jones

Financial administrator

Joan joined the FBC staff in October of 2018. Prior to joining the church staff, she enjoyed a challenging career in the juvenile court system as an Intake Officer in the 2nd and 10th Judicial Districts. Joan and her husband, Kelly, have been married since 1997 and are blessed with 4 children. They share a passion for at-risk children as they live and minister at The Baptist Home for Children in Monticello. Joan enjoys basketball, spending time with family, and taking naps. She is grateful for the privilege to serve the Lord at FBC Monticello.




Kashif Kincaid has been working at First Baptist Church for over 6 years as a network administrator. Kashif is from Wilmar, AR. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in Computer Information Systems. Kashif is responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. This position concentrates on the overall integrity of the network, server management, and security.
